How do I register to use BrotherZone?

Registration is simple. If you are not already a Brother Authorised Reseller, you will need to register to become a partner which will automatically give you access to use our partner portal. If you are already registered as a Brother Authorised Reseller but you do not have a username and password to login and use BrotherZone, then you will also need to register to use the partner portal. Click here to access the registration form and complete the fields that are applicable to you.

Where can I locate my downloaded document from the Library?

Documents that you did not select as ‘Download Now’ will be available for download in the 'My Basket – Items for Download’ area of the Library. You can access the ‘My Basket’ area by going to Library and clicking on the shopping basket icon which will show how many documents you have selected for download. You can view your download history in the ‘My Basket’ area as well as in your ‘My Account’ area.

Should you experience problems downloading assets, please contact your Account Manager or click here for Support.

The document I wanted to download from the Library is not showing?

You can request an item by emailing contact@brotherzone.co.uk who will pass your request on to the Brother Marketing team.

How do I order a marketing template?

All marketing templates are available to order from the Marketing Store. Click here.

Is Marketing Store a free service?

Yes, our marketing store is completely free of charge and exclusive to all partners.

I’d like to download my order, when can I expect to receive my order once submitted?

Your order request will be reviewed by Brother within 2 working days from when you submit it. If it is approved, you will be notified by email and provided a link for you to download it immediately.
